All along her career, Anne Chencinski has worked in the Employee Benefits field
(life, disability, pensions or medical insurance) for such companies as Gras Savoye, April Group and MSH International (Siaci Saint-Honoré).

In the past 18 years, she particulary specialized in the international segment (expatriates, TCNs...).
She managed and grew the insurance portfolio of large associations of corporate expatriates such as AFPI or PREVINTER.

Her skills encompass all type of risks related to these specific populations
whether covered though individual insurances or though group policies.

Anne Chencinski joigned PASION at the beginning of 2013.

Survey of the various cases according to the nature of their employment status and to their social security and pension situation.

 

Analysis of existing policies :

  • the level of the coverage versus the one of the non-expats and a comparison with current market practice and various obligations resulting from collective agreements for instance.
  • Past results (P&Ls), tariffs, terms & conditions…

 

Recommendations and suggested actions: necessary/desirable/possible.

 

2. Setting up of a schedule of conditions including all the objectives (coverage, limits, and budgets) and suggestion of suitable reliable candidates (insurers, administrators) for a tender.

 

3. Presentation and comparison of the offers received with a detailed analysis of the important items.

 

4. Implementation of the selected solution, including contractual documents and internal communication.

 

5. Follow-up and “maintenance”: Presentation of the annual accounts (P&L survey), claims monitoring and preventive actions, policy adaptation and tariff negotiation when necessary.
